Specializing in handcrafted lagers and the occasional ale, the Brewhouse serves only what's produced on premise. Brewmaster John Eccles has complete freedom to buy only the finest imported malts and hops to produce world class ales and lagers right here in Hyde Park. We brew eight original beers. Big Easy Blonde, Winkle Lager Pilsner Beer, Rough Rider Red Lager, Special Old Bitter (S.O.B.), Chaos Dry Stout, Mary P's Porter, Von Schtupp's Black Lager, and the Barrel 9 (Brewers Choice).
